Information you choose to share

Our inquiry forms request basic contact information, real estate interests and property details so Carlos Aponte can respond and organize your request. Provide only what is relevant to your inquiry. Do not submit identification documents, account credentials, Social Security numbers, bank statements or closing files through these forms.

How the website supports your request

The website is hosted on WordPress.com. Property search, registration, favorites, listing alerts and the embedded inquiry forms are provided through iHomefinder. Information entered in those features is processed through the relevant provider. A property search account may associate your saved properties, searches and activity with your contact record for real estate follow-up.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits and interactions with this website, including pages viewed, referral sources, general device information and clicks on selected navigation, property and contact buttons. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. Our custom button events record the action and its location on the page; they do not include contact form contents, phone numbers, email addresses or message text. Your communication preferences

Submitting an inquiry asks APONTE to reply about that request. The optional email-updates checkbox is separate from the inquiry and is not required to receive a response or purchase a service. Listing alerts are selected in your search account. You can request a change to your preferences by emailing Carlos; use any unsubscribe control included in an email when available.

Choosing SMS or WhatsApp asks for an inquiry-related response through that channel. Carrier or data charges may apply. Ask Carlos to stop direct messages by replying STOP or contacting the email below. Marketing preferences should be respected independently of a request for assistance.

Cookies, accounts & external services

WordPress and embedded property-search features may use cookies or similar technologies for their operation, sessions and account preferences. Following a link to Instagram, WhatsApp or webmail opens a separate service governed by that provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Requests are subject to applicable recordkeeping requirements and the capabilities of the services holding the information. Do not send sensitive identity documents with an initial request.
